He is a partner at Chalfin, Goldberg, and Vainboim Advogados. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Law and Economic Activities at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ. He holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Economic Activities from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ. He has completed an extension program in Finance at the COPPEAD/UFRJ Institute. He has served as a contracted professor at the Faculty of Administration and Accounting Sciences (FACC) at UFRJ. He has also been a guest professor in the MBA in Finance program at COPPEAD/UFRJ since 2015. He was a guest professor in the postgraduate program in Business Law at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ. Additionally, he has been a guest professor in the Program of Legal Residency offered by the Higher School of Public Advocacy of the State of Rio de Janeiro (ESAP/PGE). He serves as a guest professor at the Rio de Janeiro State School of Magistracy - EMERJ. He is a guest professor of Commercial Law in the postgraduate program at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV-RIO since 2015. He is a full member of the Business Law Committee at the Brazilian Institute of Lawyers - IAB and an associated member of the Brazilian Institute of Lawyers - IAB. He is a member of the examining board for the Business Law section of the Brazilian Bar Association - OAB's Bar Exam (since 2013). He passed the public exam to become a contracted professor at the Faculty of Administration and Accounting Sciences (FACC) at UFRJ and a substitute professor of Commercial Law at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ in 2013. He served as a substitute professor of Commercial Law at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ from 2013 to 2014. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ. He ranked first in the exams for the position of monitor in Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ from 2010 to 2012. He worked as a monitor in Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ from 2010 to 2012. He was a member of the Organizing Committee of the III Latin American Commercial Law Conference. He practices law in the field of Business Law with expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, capital markets, banking law, business contracts, civil litigation, and arbitration.
