Master in Civil Law from UERJ. Master in Antitrust Law and regulation of markets (LL.M) from New York University School of Law (NYU). Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-RJ). Professor of Law in the undergraduate program, and permanent faculty member of the Degree Graduate Program (Stricto Sensu) in Regulatory Law at FGV Rio de Janeiro Law School. Guest professor of the LL.M. courses in Law and Compliance at the FGV Law Program. He was the first General Superintendent of CADE (2012 to 2014), and Director of CADE (2008 to 2012).
