He is currently pursuing a post-PhD internship in Regulatory Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas and is a professor for the undergraduate course in Law. Doctor in Political Science from the Institute of Social Studies of UERJ - IESP/UERJ. Master in Political Sociology from UENF - Darcy Ribeiro and Bachelor in Social Sciences from the same institution. He is interested in political behavior, parties and elections, political, economic, and social regulation. Member of the research groups "Partidos, eleições e representação" (Parties, Elections, and Representation) and "Regulação em Números" (Regulation in Numbers).
