Doctor and Master of Laws from the Universidade de São Paulo (University of São Paulo – USP). Master of Laws (LL.M) from Yale Law School. Professor of Law in the undergraduate program, and permanent faculty member of the Degree Graduate Program (Stricto Sensu) in Regulatory Law at FGV Rio de Janeiro Law School. She was an Assistant Professor at Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Federal University of São Paulo – UNIFESP) between 2013 and 2017. She currently works on the Regulation in Numbers project, where she develops research on decision-making processes in regulatory agencies, legislative control of the executive branch, and normative production of the executive branch.
