About the event

This event will explore what AI safety means from the perspective of the global majority. This one-day gathering is organized in partnership with the UN Internet Governance Forum Data and AI Governance Coalition, and will feature multistakeholder sessions, bringing together voices from diverse regions and sectors to promote critical analyses of AI safety.  


The event aims to foster inclusive dialogue, practical learning, and actionable outcomes, ensuring that AI development and deployment reflect the priorities, values, and realities of the global majority.
