He holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Economic Activities from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He has completed an extension program in Finance at the Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Administração (COPPEAD/UFRJ). He has served as a contracted professor at the Faculdade de Administração e Ciências Contábeis at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He has also been a guest professor in the MBA in Finance program at the Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Administração (COPPEAD/UFRJ) since 2015. He was a guest professor in the Postgraduate Program in Business Law at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He passed the public exam to become a contracted professor at the Faculdade de Administração e Ciências Contábeis (FACC) at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a substitute professor of Commercial Law at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) in 2013. He served as a substitute professor of Commercial Law at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) from 2013 to 2014. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He ranked first in the exams for the position of Monitor in Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) from 2010 to 2012. He worked as a Monitor in Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) from 2010 to 2012. He was a Member of the Organizing Committee of the III Latin American Commercial Law Conference. He practices law in the field of business law with expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, capital markets, banking law, business contracts, civil litigation, and arbitration.
