Master in Civil Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). Bachelor of Laws from the Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA). Deputy Associate Dean of the Graduate Program, and permanent faculty member of the Graduate Program in Law and Regulation at FGV Rio Law. Professor of the Undergraduate Program at FGV Rio Law. He was a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School, and at the Max-Planck Institute for Comparative and International Law in Hamburg, Germany. Researcher at the Center for Research in Law and Economics (CPDE).
