PhD in public law from the Universities of Paris (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and Rome (Sapienza), with postdoctoral research carried out at Harvard Law School and at MIT Economics. Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Master in economic Law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Bachelor of Laws from the Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA). He was a visiting researcher at Yale Law School, United States, and a fellow researcher at the Max-Planck Institutes in Heidelberg and Hamburg, Germany. Professor of Law in the Undergraduate Program, and permanent faculty member of the Graduate Program in Law and Regulation at FGV Rio Law. His work focuses on public, economic, and administrative law.
