
Doctor in public law from the Universities of Paris (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and of Rome (Sapienza), with post-PhD research carried out at Harvard Law School and at MIT Economics. Master of Laws (LL.M) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Master in economic Law from Universidade de São Paulo (University of São Paulo – USP). Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Federal da Bahia (Federal University of Bahia – UFBA). He was a visiting researcher at Yale Law School, United States, and a fellow researcher at the Max-Planck Institutes in Heidelberg and Hamburg, Germany. Professor of Law in the undergraduate program, and permanent faculty member of the Graduate Program (Stricto Sensu) in Law and Regulation at FGV Rio de Janeiro Law School. His work is specially focused in Public, Economic, and Administrative Law.
