On April 25th, FGV Rio Law, through its Office of International Affairs and Global Cooperation, had the privilege to welcome a delegation from the University of Notre Dame.
The delegation included Hong Zhu, Senior Director of Global Education, and Thaïs Burmeister, Director for Initiatives in Brazil. FGV Rio Law was represented by Rodrigo Vianna, Associate Dean for International Affairs and Global Cooperation, and Professor Dario Buschor, Assistant Dean for International Affairs and Global Cooperation.
Following a tour around the campus, the parties had a productive meeting, where they shared challenges, experiences and best practices in promoting internationalization and global dialogue.
The institutional visit reinforces the collaborative agreement signed in mid-March, where FGV Rio Law and the University of Notre Dame, through its Law School, agreed to cooperate on exchange of undergraduate and graduate students, faculty exchange, and organizing joint conferences.
FGV Rio Law is committed to promote global south-north dialogue on relevant matters, as well as to encourage student exchange, joint research, and opportunities for faculty members to teach courses, offer guest lectures and seminars at both institutions.
