Production of legal analyses of the STJ decisions that encompass the topics of business and corporate Law.

Project Objectives

The research aims to identify how the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) decides fundamental issues for the legal organization of the exercise of economic activity. Thus, within the scope of the research, it will be analyzed whether there is a decision-making pattern in the STJ in matters of corporate law.
