The Law and Environment Program (PDMA) studies national and international environmental law from an open and interdisciplinary perspective. Through various legal instruments, such as constitutional, administrative, civil, and international law, we seek to improve environmental law to adapt to the complexity of the Brazilian constitutional regime and the different demands and interests that guide international relations.
